In Texas, we are a contracted provider with each managed care company in the STAR PLUS program for Texas Medicaid individuals. (Amerigroup, Bravo, Evercare, Molina Healthcare, and Superior Health Plan)

We are one of the very few remaining providers that is actually performing deliveries for incontinence supplies with our own company vehicles and employees. The rest of our industry has switched to “Drop Shipping” these supplies, which entails receiving a referral and simply forwarding it on to a distributor to ship for them. We refuse to do this and will not even contemplate drop shipping any supplies, it is imperative our clients are comfortable, receive only what they need and never have an “automated phone call” from a drop shipper informing them their next shipment is on the way.
