STAR PLUS clients from Longhorn Health Solutions receive the best service and supplies available. We are one of the very few remaining providers that is actually performing deliveries for incontinence supplies with our own company vehicles and employees. The rest of our industry has switched to "Drop Shipping" these supplies, which entails receiving a referral and simply forwarding it on to a distributor to ship for them. We refuse to do this and will not even contemplate drop shipping any supplies, it is imperative our clients are comfortable, receive only what they need and never have an "automated phone call" from a drop shipper informing them their next shipment is on the way.

Just wanted to pass along appreciation for the quality service you have been providing to military children and their families with their incontinence supply needs. The families I have on service with you for diapers have only said good things about the quality of products you supply to them, and the customer service. I have not had a single complaint, and no hassles with paperwork.
